Estimated sign prices above do not include travel costs to and from site. By submitting this form, I am agreeing to take the first step of retrofitting my existing signage illumination system to energy efficient LED’s by having a full site survey done. This will include all my signage components, power requirements, condition of existing signage, repairs (if needed), permits (if required), and confirmation of exact dimensions. Initial Survey cost is $450. By submitting this form, I agree to have a Purchase Order (P.O.) initiated from A&W Equipment Services for a site survey.
